    Information systems (IS) should be infused into individuals’ work activities for organizations to extract value from these systems. Studies have identified various factors that impact IS infusion, but few have examined the importance of individuals’ identities and the role of contextual factors. Drawing on identity and status characteristics theories, this study conceptualizes individuals’ material identity as IT identity, and role identity as IS infusion role identity and examines their relationships and effects on IS infusion as well as the role status characteristics play in shaping these relationships.     Facial emojis have increasingly permeated electronic word of mouth (eWOM), but the persuasive consequences of this phenomenon remain unclear. Drawing on emotions as social information (EASI) theory, this research reveals that facial emojis influence persuasion (e.g., product choice) by affecting emotional arousal and perceived ambiguity. While the effect through emotional arousal is generally positive, the effect through ambiguity depends on the emojis’ function in eWOM: facial emojis that replace a verbal expression increase ambiguity and therefore reduce persuasion, whereas those that reiterate a verbal expression decrease ambiguity and therefore enhance persuasion.     The present study intends to unleash the influence of social media marketing (SMM) on purchase intention (PI), brand trust (BT) and brand loyalty (BL) in the setting of online travel booking websites. It also analyses the mediating effect of BT and BL in the relationship between SMM and PI.     In this paper, we present a sustainable closed-loop supply chain network equilibrium problem for collectible items in a time-dependent framework. In particular, we consider a network consisting of manufacturers, retailers, demand markets, and an online second-hand platform involved in forward and reverse logistics competition.     The first purpose of this paper is to propose a theoretically new robust filter method to estimate non-observable macroeconomic indicators. The second purpose is to apply the proposed method to estimate the Hungarian potential GDP in 2000–2021. The novelty of the proposed filter method is that — unlike papers published so far — it does not require the stability of the dynamic model, only a partial stability condition must be satisfied. Moreover, such time-dependent uncertainties and nonlinearities can arise in the model that satisfy a general quadratic constraint.     The income gap is the negative margin between earned income and operating expenses: this is the main financial concern for not-for-profit entities (both public sector and nongovernmental organizations). Despite this, all over the world these entities are forced to use the standard profit-centered income statements format, with its focus on net income generation (the bottom line). Donor experience is adversely influenced by prolonged waiting times, but they may be reduced by determining the staffing demand over the day.
